Dive Talk – One Fin On My Mind

Dive Talk  – ‘One fin on my mind’ is presented by Kim Allen at 7:30pm in the Bridge Room.

Kim Allen likes to consider himself an accidental citizen scientist having immersed himself in shark matters since he was involved in a shark incident off Mullaloo beach in 2012. Although he has a technical and management background and has no formal scientific education he became involved with Curtin University as a Co-researcher working a range of shark risk mitigation measures. He will share his insightful journey of Discovery and Frustration and where he believes the focus should be on future shark matters.
