SB20 TRAINING GROUP
Build Your Keelboat Sailing Skills
After completing your Learn to Sail course, take the next step with the SB20 Training Group at Fremantle Sailing Club. This program offers new sailors the chance to develop their skills on Club-owned SB20 keelboats, with a qualified on-water coach supporting your progress.
Training sessions run year-round on Sunday mornings.
Regular participation will build your confidence and sailing ability, helping you transition to:
- Racing in Saturday afternoon club events
- Independent cruising on a keelboat
To join, you’ll need to have:
- Completed a Learn to Sail Adults course or have prior sailing experience
- Signed up as a Crew Member or higher at Fremantle Sailing Club
Gather a crew (minimum of 2 people per boat, with at least one experienced skipper or instructor)
and get sailing!
