How to Become a Member!
It is easy to become a member of Fremantle Sailing Club! Simply fill out an online Enquiry Form found on our website, email [email protected] or call 9435 8814 and our Membership Coordinator will then provide you with an application & any other documentation required for your membership category. The Membership Coordinator will liaise with you throughout the process & once Board Approval given, you will become a member of FSC.
Proposer/Seconder/Referee – Proposer/Seconder is required to be an FSC member of an equal/higher category. In the case wherein the nominee does not know any relevant member in the club, a Referee can be obtained. Referees can be an FSC member of a lower category or be a friend, neighbour, work colleague etc.
New members email – Once your initial application is received and processed, instructions will be emailed regarding fees, new member pack (card, fob key & car sticker), collection times, new member meeting (if applicable) etc.
Ratification – New members will be posted on the noticeboard of the Club
Membership Committee & Board Approval – The Membership Committee & Board will meet independently in the month after you join to consider your application. If there are no objections, you will be notified of your approval.
