Fremantle Sailing Club is pleased to welcome Chelsea Hall as our new Sailing Programs & Development Coordinator, joining the Boating Office from Tuesday, 8 September.

Chelsea brings extensive experience across sailing administration, coaching, athlete development and program management. Most recently, she served as Training Centre Principal and Coaching Coordinator at Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club, where she was involved in the delivery and development of a broad range of sailing programs.

An accomplished sailor herself, Chelsea has represented Australia internationally and received numerous accolades throughout her sailing career, including being named the 2025 Australian Sailing WA Sports Professional of the Year.

In her new role at FSC, Chelsea will oversee the coordination of dinghy racing and regattas, while also leading a number of key participation and development initiatives across the Club. These will include female participation programs, youth keelboat pathways and school engagement projects, with a focus on creating opportunities for more people to get involved in sailing and progress through the sport.

We’re delighted to have Chelsea joining the team and look forward to the experience, enthusiasm and leadership she will bring to the Club and our sailing community.

Please join us in welcoming Chelsea to Fremantle Sailing Club.
