Join us at the club as Dr Sheila Twine will tell the story of two intrepid western women who made a ‘Leap of Faith’ when they married in the country of Jordan in the 1970s. The first was an American who became the wife of the King of Jordan, taking on his 8 children & being named Queen Noor. The 2nd, a nurse from New Zealand who married a Bedouin & lived in a cave in Petra, with no electricity, plumbing or even a door!
