NOTICE TO MEMBERS

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, Tuesday 16 July 2024

  1. In accordance with the Constitution of Fremantle Sailing Club (Inc) NOTICE is hereby given that, the Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held on Tuesday 16 July 2024 at 7.30pm in the Wardroom. Please note in your diary for attendance.
  1. At this meeting, in addition to normal matters of business, the results of voting to fill the following vacancies on the Board of Management will be announced.

FLAG OFFICERS – One year term                        

Commodore

Vice Commodore

Rear Commodore Sail

Rear Commodore Power

Rear Commodore Fishing & Dive

Treasurer

BOARD OF MANAGEMENT – Two year term

Four (4) Board of Management Members

  1. Nominations are invited for these positions and are to be submitted on the Election for Office 2024–2025 Nomination Form. This is obtainable from Reception and has been circulated to all members registered to receive emails. Nominations are to be sent to ceo@fsc.com.au, no later than 5pm Tuesday 18 June 2024, together with a candidate statement (not to exceed 500 words).  Please also provide an electronic, passport size photograph when lodging the Nomination Form.

Meals will be available in the Galley from 5pm.
