With Fremantle expecting tens of thousands of footy fans across the city, we’ll have plenty happening here at the Club for members and their guests to settle in and watch the Dockers take on Brisbane Lions from 12.30pm.

We’ll be showing the game across the Sailors Bar, The Galley, Coffee Deck and Wardroom, with food and drink specials available throughout the day.

Sailors Bar

The game will be live across all screens in the Sailors Bar, with seating first in, best dressed – no bookings will be taken.

The downstairs kitchen will be open from 11.30am to 8.30pm, with a limited AFL Grand Final Day menu available, along with our $26 Steak Sandwich & Beer Saturday Special.

Beer specials will also be pouring throughout the game, including $10 Swan Draught and $11 Single Fin pints.

Wardroom

We’re also opening up the Wardroom for Grand Final Day, with the game showing on the large projector screen and TVs and plenty of seating throughout the room.

Doors open from 11am, with the kitchen serving from 11.30am.

A special AFL Grand Final Day menu will be available in the Wardroom.

You’ll also find $10 Swan Draught and $11 Single Fin pints at the bar.

Wardroom bookings are now full, however we’ll have a limited number of tables available for walk-ins on a first in, best dressed basis. Please note these may be shared tables, so we recommend arriving early if you’re hoping to grab a spot.

Booked tables will be held for 15 minutes only, so please arrive on time.

The Wardroom will remain open until approximately 30 minutes after the final siren, then head downstairs to the Sailors Bar to keep the celebrations going!

The Galley & Coffee Deck

The game will also be showing across two screens in The Galley and a screen on the Coffee Deck.

Tables in both areas are already fully booked for Grand Final Day.

The downstairs kitchen will be open from 11.30am to 8.30pm, with the limited AFL Grand Final Day menu and our $26 Steak Sandwich & Beer Saturday Special available. The bar will remain open until 9.30pm.

Getting to the Club | Road closures

With large crowds expected across Fremantle on Saturday, members are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time to get to the Club.

To make room for the crowds, much of central Fremantle will be closed to traffic from midday Friday until approximately 5am Sunday.

The main closure will stretch along South Terrace from Norfolk Street, through the Cappuccino Strip and Market Street to Phillimore Street near Fremantle Station.

Please keep the closures and expected traffic in mind when planning your trip to the Club.

A few things to know before Saturday

Members can bring up to five guests each, so if you’re planning to join us, please make sure your guests are signed in on arrival.

We’ll have someone at the gate throughout the day to check member access, so please have your membership details handy when you arrive.

With a big day expected, we recommend arriving early if you’re planning to find a spot in the Sailors Bar or walk into the Wardroom. Bookings for the Wardroom, The Galley and Coffee Deck are now full, with limited walk-in seating available in the Wardroom and Sailors Bar.
